Whitecrow Village FASD Society offers FASD Intensive Workshops in two adaptable formats. Our workshops are ‘Intensive’ because they are experiential, give time for processing and practicing learnings, build networks among colleagues and provide practical and effective understandings. Like all WV initiatives, our workshops include persons who live with FASD as leaders and facilitators.
If you are a parent, family member, frontline worker, agency lead, health care, human services professional, justice, corrections or legal professional, community leader or policy maker this opportunity is for you! Learn more
This in person workshop includes study, discussion and practice. builds on our knowledge and participants’ experience to convey principles by which participants can design strategies that work for their specific needs. Experiential exercises and case studies engender deep discussions which can lead to comprehensive community action and enhance individual and agency success with prenatal alcohol exposure and other brain differences.
This hybrid, in person and online, course includes 72 hours of multi-media lectures, experiential exercises, class discussions and individual practice of new skills and strategies.
